May I know how far is your factory from Shenzhen? Do I still have to take a train just to go to your factory?
We had already ordered our LED from our previous suppliers since they made the price lower this time and we had already completed our Purchase Order.
We are not really requiring the best packaging but the basic only so I believe that your factory can give this to us for free for future shipment. Nonetheless, we can negotiate as soon as we had visited your factory and gathered sample of LED. As per our Chairman instruction, they want us to keep more than 4 suppliers for the LED and eventually test which one gives the best support and quality then order from them the most.

the price for example ,if it is 0.125 , 0.04/ one piece * 2=0.08 usd/pair + 0.046(best package?)=0.125usd /pair
i forget to tell you that the some of the price is for pair and package . becouse ,T5-1LED T8/10-1LED
T10-4LED T10-1 flux festoon-3LED festoon-4LED festoon-6LED festoon-4 flux festoon-6flux is one pair in one package.
so ,i changed the price ,you can see that , lower that before ,and my boss said it is the lowest
the quotation i send you this time is the price for just for one piece and do not including package, in total, it is lower than last quotation
the package fees is
T5-1LED T8/10-1LED T10-4LED T10-1 flux festoon-3LED festoon-4LED festoon-6LED festoon-4 flux festoon-6flux .those type is 2 piece for one box, one box need add 0.046usd
the other type in the list is one piece for one box ,it need add 0.046usd
what's your opinion about this price?

We had already confirmed our 30,000 pcs. order from our existing supplier since the price that they gave us is very low. However, Understanding that you are a factory as well. I believe that you can further more compete with their price.
I am scheduling a trip to Shenzhen probably by next month and if you can inform me that you can compete with the prices that we are purchased from them then would it be possible that I visit your factory and to gather samples to be submitted to our Research and development Department so that for our future orders, we can try with your factory.
